This remote role involves providing strategic guidance, operational support, and franchisee relations to ensure the success of our investments.. Key Responsibilities:. Act as a trusted advisor to Round Hill as they operate and expand Smoothie King and other QSR locations, providing insights on operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.. Support franchisees in driving sales and executing marketing campaigns.. Assist with site evaluations, new franchisee onboarding, and training.. Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and operational guidelines.. Provide regular performance reviews and recommend improvements to franchisee operations.. Qualifications:. 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or consulting, preferably within the QSR industry..
