You have experience with integration and automation concepts, such as APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows.. You are excited about the opportunity to design, optimize and build CRM ecosystems from scratch where needed.. Experience with . HubSpot and . Customer.io. . is considered a strong plus.. You know how to pull data from relational databases using SQL.. What will you do. Take full ownership of Sibill’s CRM strategy. , designing and optimising automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, retention, cross/upselling, win-back) and managing a structured testing plan. Define clear CRM goals and KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine initiatives to maximise engagement, loyalty, and business impact.. Implement multi-channel CRM campaigns. across email, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and measurable results.. Safeguard database health and campaign quality. , overseeing deliverability, calendar planning and reporting.. Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. to align CRM initiatives with key touchpoints, driving stronger engagement, retention, and conversion.. What you won’t do.
