Recruiting. : You’ll be responsible for all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel - we want this experience to run like clockwork. Referrals. : You’ll leverage our network to unlock access to Europe’s greatest talent.. Relationship building. : You'll build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent. People topics. : You'll partner closely with our founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and the foundations of how we hire and grow teams at Duna..
