Are you an organized, client-focused professional with a passion for marketing and community engagement? We’re looking for a talented Community Marketing Account Manager to join our team! This is a remote, client-facing role where you’ll manage client projects, build strong client relationships, and drive the success of our brand ambassador program.. What You’ll Do. :. Client Onboarding. : Lead smooth transitions for new clients by learning their brand, products, and goals. Conduct kickoff meetings and set the stage for success.. Campaign Planning & Execution. : Plan brand activity in online communities and train brand ambassadors to effectively promote clients’ products while differentiating them from competitors.. Client Relationship Management. : Serve as the go-to contact for up to 20 clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth..
