We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and hands-on marketing leader to own and scale our growth marketing efforts. This person will not only develop a robust multi-channel strategy, but be responsible for executing it—posting content, running campaigns, measuring impact, and building the systems that ensure long-term scalability.. This is not a role for someone who only wants to "advise." We're looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, work closely with leadership, and take ownership of our marketing efforts from strategy to execution on day one.. Key Responsibilities:. Strategic Planning:. Develop, own, and execute the marketing strategy and budget for our new . Compete. platform, involving both B2B and B2C audiences. Assess and audit existing assets, tools, channels, and brand presence and provide a clear path for what should be done moving forward.. Propose a clear, phased budget and resource roadmap to unlock new opportunities.. Operational Execution:. Build and implement a marketing operations plan and schedule.. Oversee daily execution of social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).. Create systems for consistent content creation, posting, and reporting.. Growth & Performance Marketing:. Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.. Launch and manage campaigns with a clear focus on how your efforts drive ROI and conversion of our product.. Test, iterate, and scale marketing efforts based on analytics and feedback.. Leadership & Collaboration:. Identify usage trends and effectively communicate those back to the product team for platform improvement. . Serve as a marketing thought partner to the CEO/founder and leadership team.. Manage freelance creators, designers, or contractors as needed.. Align brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.. Ideal Candidate Will:. Be proactive and confident in taking the reins of marketing strategy and execution.. Comfortable with testing bold ideas and learning from results.. Ask the right questions and more importantly ask the questions we have never heard before- pushing our company to new heights. . Bring experience from startups, consumer brands, or content-driven businesses.. Have both creative sensibility and analytical rigor.. Have consumer empathy and be able to make complicated data more consumable.. Experience and a familiarity working in the sports industry.. Thrive in fast-paced, lean environments.. Qualifications:. 6+ years in marketing, growth, or digital media roles—ideally with startup and/or B2C experience.. Proven track record of owning strategy and execution in a small team.. Hands-on experience with social media tools, CMS, and marketing analytics.. Excellent writing and short-form storytelling skills.. Strong organizational and project management abilities..
