We are searching for a People Business Partner Director, Care Teams to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to Brightline’s Care leadership and member-facing teams. This role will develop people strategies that enable organizational growth and exceptional care delivery at scale.. We are seeking a highly experienced, people-first HR leader with deep expertise in supporting clinical teams and navigating the complexities of care delivery environments. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.. Responsibilities:. Strategic HR Partnership & Coaching. Serve as a trusted advisor to Care leaders and people managers, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee relations to support team performance, engagement, and retention.. People Programs, Process Optimization & Cross Functional Collaboration. Design, implement, and scale people programs with cross-functional input, tailored to the unique needs of clinical and member-facing teams.. Organizational Development & Change Leadership. Lead organizational design and change management efforts to support growth, new service offerings, and evolving care delivery models, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with Brightline’s mission and culture.. Employee Experience & Engagement. Design and implement strategies to strengthen culture, drive engagement, and enhance the employee experience across clinical and corporate teams.. Lead initiatives such as engagement surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.. Policy & Compliance. Create and ensure policies and practices are compliant, equitable, and consistently applied, while championing a culture of inclusion, trust, and high-quality care across all Care Team operations.. Data-Driven People Strategy. Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, assess team health, and proactively address future needs.. Partner with Care Operations and Finance to connect HR data with clinic-level operational metrics.. Translate data into actionable insights that inform workforce planning, engagement strategies, and leadership decisions.. Requirements:. Willingness to travel to New York and California in alignment with Care Team needs. Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field and/or HR certification. 10+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments; healthcare or tech experience strongly preferred.. Proven ability to partner within care delivery business models, including variable compensation and employment structures.. Experience driving operational metrics in clinics and aligning people strategy with care delivery outcomes.. You have knowledge on management of the whole employee cycle both from legal and administrative point of views and a solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law. Deep knowledge of state regulations (e.g., CA, NY) and the ability to navigate multi-state compliance requirements.. You have demonstrated experience in implementing, managing and integrating different HR systems & tools.. You have the ability to create and implement end-to-end people programs that are impactful, efficient, creative, and bold.. You have a proven ability to establish trust, coach and partner with executive and mid-level leadership as well as individual contributors.. Excellent communication skills.
