Now we’re looking for a . People Operations Lead. — part builder, part operator, part strategist — to design the systems and culture that power our people. You’ll help Finni scale from hundreds to thousands of clinicians by building the processes, programs, and experiences that make our team unstoppable.. What You’ll Do. ⚙️ . Build the People Engine. Own and optimize the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention.. Create scalable systems for hiring, performance management, and growth tracking.. Design processes that help us manage 10x more people with 10x more clarity.. 💡 . Turn Chaos Into Systems. Translate the messy, fast-moving world of a high-growth startup into organized, repeatable workflows.. Build dashboards that make headcount, hiring, and team performance visible and actionable.. Anticipate bottlenecks and build proactive solutions before they become fires.. 🤝 . Be the Culture Architect. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and ownership across remote teams.. Partner with leadership to define how we hire, promote, and develop people who reflect Finni’s mission and values.. Partner with Finance, Provider Success, and Operations to align team structure with company growth.. Maintain workforce planning, compensation visibility, and organizational design.. Who You Are. 4–8 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Business Operations — ideally in a fast-scaling startup.. A systems thinker with a bias for action — you don’t just design policies, you make them work.. Comfortable building from zero to one — you love structure, but only if it’s earned.. A strong communicator who balances empathy with accountability.. Obsessed with clarity, culture, and execution.. Bonus: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations..
