As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to learn, move, and adapt quickly, and remains laser focused on both quality and strong results.. You Will. Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates. Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across evergreen or high priority roles. Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind. Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Partner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful . Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve Zip's recruiting processes.  . Qualifications. 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience. Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent.. Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment.. Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.. Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred..  . Nice to Haves. Experience scaling recruiting in a high-growth startup.. Background in B2B SaaS and/or Fintech recruiting.. Previous experience managing both volume hiring and niche, senior-level searches..  . The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $190,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise..  .
