Juggle daily video and image-based social output with more evergreen content, creative concepts and repeatable series.. Own the social content calendar based on loyal and emerging audiences - with best practices in mind.. Develop and execute an influencer engagement strategy to support priority campaigns, and track and report on performance and conversion impact.. The most important core competencies for the role are:. Strong social media editing and strategy experience, with a genuine expertise in creating impactful and compelling short-form video content.. Editorially sound judgement and strong literacy skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, factually correct copy.. Pro-active at finding new ways to optimise content based on data, and developing social media strategies that grow following and engage target audiences.. Proven track record of engaging audiences across platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram..
