The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, combining traditional executive support with content creation. You will proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage complex schedules to free up the CEO’s time for high-impact work. This role requires agility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to craft compelling communications that amplify the CEO’s voice across internal and external channels.. Key Responsibilities. Executive Support & Efficiency Optimization. Manage the CEO’s calendar with strategic prioritization aligned to company objectives.. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and anticipating issues.. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and summaries of key takeaways and action items.. Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.. Handle confidential business matters, including board materials, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.. Monitor and respond to the CEO’s inbox with discretion, drafting responses in the CEO’s voice.. Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.. Leverage AI tools to track KPIs, analyze metrics, and improve operational efficiency.. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.. Content Creation & Executive Communications. Draft and edit internal communications, including company-wide emails, memos, and announcements.. Create content for the CEO’s thought leadership presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.. Write and edit articles, blog posts, and speaking materials reflecting the CEO’s voice and perspective.. Develop narratives around company milestones, product launches, and strategic initiatives.. Manage the CEO’s personal brand presence across digital channels and convert meeting insights into shareable content.. Collaborate with the marketing team to align CEO messaging with company initiatives.. Research wellness industry trends and competitive landscape to inform content strategy.. Qualifications. Experience. 4+ years supporting C-level executives, preferably in wellness, CPG, or startup environments.. Experience in content creation, social media management, or communications roles.. Skills. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences and platforms.. Mastery of calendar management and strategic scheduling decisions.. Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.. Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate challenges.. Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Substack).. Curious about AI-powered platforms and automation to improve workflows..
