As a Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our product user experience by creating high-quality documentation and in-app help content. You will work closely with product managers, developers, UX designers, and support teams to ensure our content is accurate, accessible, and helpful.. Key Responsibilities. Write, edit, and maintain user-facing documentation including user guides, how-tos, FAQs, and release notes. Develop concise, intuitive in-app help and tooltips that support users at the point of need. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information. Ensure content is consistent in tone, style, and formatting across the product and documentation. Organize and structure content to make it easy to search, navigate, and consume. Participate in product testing and documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and usability. Update and revise content in line with product changes and user feedback. Key Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing or similar role (internships may count towards this requirement). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple language to multiple audiences with differing levels of technical literacy, including internal and external developers and users. Familiarity with SaaS products and general software development terminology. Experience writing for a SaaS application or working in a software development environment. Basic understanding of documentation tools such as Google Docs, Confluence, or similar. Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset. Bonus Points. Passion for gaming, and experience writing technical documentation in the game industry. Familiarity with content management systems, version control (Git), or help authoring tools. Understanding of UX principles and how documentation fits into the user journey. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Exposure to tools like Figma and Jira.
