You’ll maintain and expand the culture of not just the engineering team, but the company in general. From inside jokes to engineering practices, you’ll be a huge influence in how the company works.. Have a large say in the roadmap, both from a resourcing perspective (what the engineering team has bandwidth for) and from a product perspective (what you think we should be working on).. Directly manage and support a team of engineers, enabling them to do their best work.. Mentor engineers to make sure they’re able to be the best versions of themselves at ReadMe.. Write code! We are able to be flexible with the schedule and split it up over two days if that works best for you! We start with a 15-minute get-to-know-you so you can meet the people you’ll be working with, and then have you talk with people one-on-one later on.. We’ll let you know how things went within a week!
