We're looking for a . Technical Program Manager (TPM). to join our team and help us launch complex products that will revolutionize how mortgage servicers operate. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating efforts across multiple engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication, and driving the successful delivery of our most critical initiatives. Lead End-to-End Program Management:. Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from conception through launch, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing risks.. Drive Cross-Functional Coordination:. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple engineering teams, product managers, design, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.. What You'll Bring. 5+ years of experience. as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced, complex software development environment..
