Summary:. The Temporary Data Specialist will support Yondr's efforts to provide accurate, organized, and accessible systems and data for our Education and Strategic Partnerships teams. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, cleaning, and reconciling data from multiple sources, assisting with the implementation of new and existing data systems, executing accurate data transfers, and collaborating with multiple departments along the Yondr partner journey.. Key Responsibilities. Verify and reconcile data from various sources including Salesforce, Airtable, Copper and external databases. Execute matching exercises for International and Strategic Partnership data. Assist in migrating historical and active data into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support account, opportunity, and product data cleanup post-migration for all teams. Prepare and format Excel data for import into Salesforce and other systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and standardize records.. Assist with QuickBooks cleanup and other finance-related data tasks as needed. Document processes to ensure ongoing data accuracy. Required Skills / Experience:. Exceptional organization skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) and experienced in Salesforce data management. Comfortable with Google Workplace tools (Google Sheets, Google Meet, Gmail) and Slack. High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process consistency. Experience working with large datasets and conducting manual and automated data cleanup. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple time zones. Additional Details:. Duration - 3 months with possible extension based on Salesforce project timeline.
