Senior Payments Manager. to own and improve payments performance across the platform.. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will lead optimisation across authentication, routing, retries, decline management, and PSP performance. You’ll bring structure, data, and ownership to an area that directly drives conversion, retention, and revenue.. 🚀 What You’ll Do. Own payments performance across cards and alternative payment methods. Diagnose decline drivers, issuer behaviour, and regional performance patterns. Deliver optimisation initiatives across authentication, routing, retries, and recovery. Establish structured experimentation and learning loops. Own payments dashboards, reporting, and performance insights. Act as escalation point for payments incidents. Partner with PSPs, acquirers, and networks to improve authorisation outcomes. 👀 Who You Are. Senior experience in payments optimisation or payments operations at scale. Deep understanding of card payments, authentication, and alternative payment methods. Highly analytical, with strong SQL capability. Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end.
