About This Job:. As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of moving projects forward from start to finish. That means stepping in when needed, training teams, executing projects, troubleshooting issues onsite or remotely, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with teams to secure resources, manage staffing, and ensure work is delivered at a high standard.. You’ll help maintain quality and execution in projects. This role blends leadership with hands-on problem-solving, and you’ll be a key player in delivering successful outcomes, for both the project and the team.. What You’ll Do:. Lead and contribute directly to project execution, from building infrastructure to deploying designs in the field. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and provide efficient, scalable solutions. Collaborate with project managers to scope work, create action plans, and ensure delivery stays on schedule and within budget. Build and oversee clean, high-quality installations that meet performance standards and client requirements. Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and ensure smooth resolution of client concerns. Work directly with third-party vendors and contractors, providing oversight and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to project documentation, including testing methods, design specifications, and process improvements. Help shape and enforce standards, policies, and procedures across the Professional Services department. About You:. 5+ years of experience in IT, technical project engineering or infrastructure deployment roles. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex installations from planning to completion. Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with team oversight and client communication. Excellent communicator with strong customer service instincts and a solutions-oriented mindset. Experienced in developing others—providing feedback, setting expectations, and fostering growth. Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
