Growth & Ops Intern: Courses & Events at Leland. Remote Location: Remote - USA. Leland’s mission is to unlock human potential by making the world’s expertise more accessible. Role and Responsibilities:. Coordinate with event hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual event logistics, schedules, and technical needs. Support live virtual events by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions. Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms. Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule. Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively. Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up. Qualifications:. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously. Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week. Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups. Proficiency using Zoom and other video or virtual event platforms. Available 20 hours per week, with some evening availability. Able to start immediately; preference given to applicants who can continue through the summer. Why Leland?.
