Own the full sales cycle - prospecting through close. Sell to founders, Heads of Talent, VPs of Sales, or other senior buyers. Run outbound hard. Phones, email, in-person, conferences - whatever it takes. Build the playbook, don't just run it. Shape pricing, positioning, and process. Work in a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment where what you close in the next 12 months actually matters. Who we're looking for. We don't care where you went to school, what's on your resume, or whether you've ever carried a quota. We care about who you are.. You hear "no" and figure out what "yes" sounds like. You're genuinely curious about how businesses work and why people buy. You hold yourself to a higher standard than any manager could. You'd rather build from scratch than inherit something comfortable. You learn fast, take feedback without ego, and get better every week. If you've sold before, great.
