We are hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer to help build Rula’s first iOS and Android apps. You’ll work closely with a Staff Mobile Engineer, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful patient-facing features from day one. As a founding engineer, you’ll contribute to a brand-new codebase, shape our engineering practices, and play a critical role in making mental health care more accessible on mobile. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep coding with real product impact.. Required Qualifications. 5+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years professional mobile development. 2+ years of experience with React Native. Experience shipping production mobile features on iOS and/or Android. Strong debugging, testing, and code quality discipline. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications. While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
