Sr Manager, Real Estate – Americas & APAC. to lead the strategy, sourcing, and management of our real estate portfolio across North and South America. In this role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of facilities—including site acquisition, leasing, construction, and regulatory compliance—ensuring our spaces meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.. As the leader of our Americas & APAC real estate strategy, you will manage a team of Real Estate & Construction Managers and Administrative Coordinators, guiding their work across diverse regulatory environments and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. You’ll provide direction, coaching, and support to your team while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and local authorities. With a cross-cultural perspective, you’ll tailor solutions to the unique needs of each market, helping Lime scale with consistency and impact.. What you'll do. Lead Real Estate Portfolio Strategy:. Source, negotiate, and manage a diverse international portfolio of Lime’s facilities across North and South America, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cost targets.. Manage Construction Projects:. Oversee planning, permitting, and execution of new facility builds and retrofits, with a focus on compliance with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.. Drive Budget Discipline:. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, balancing operational requirements with financial responsibility.. Team Leadership:. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of subject matter experts in Real Estate & Construction, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management:. Partner with Operations, Legal, T&S, and IT to ensure all facilities meet local building/use codes, environmental regulations, and internal compliance standards.. Cross-Cultural Leadership:. Work effectively across diverse geographies, cultures, and business contexts to deliver solutions tailored to local needs.. Stakeholder Engagement:. Build and maintain strong relationships with Ops leaders, landlords, vendors, city partners, and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all real estate and construction matters.. Innovate in Problem-Solving:. Develop creative approaches to address unique real estate and construction challenges, driving continuous improvement and long-term value.. About you. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. 5+ years of experience. sourcing, negotiating, and managing an international real estate portfolio..
