What We’re Looking For. 8+ years of marketing experience, with significant leadership in early-stage or high-growth tech environments — ideally in cybersecurity, crypto, or developer-focused domains.. Proven success owning brand, growth, and product marketing strategies that drive measurable results.. Strong ability to synthesize complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging.. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with extreme attention to detail.. Demonstrated experience hiring and scaling teams, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives.. Bias toward action — you’re equally comfortable operating at 30,000 feet and rolling up your sleeves to execute.. Deep familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and a strong understanding of its culture, community, and nuances.. Nice to Have.
