Reprise Financial is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our Project Management team. This role will primarily focus on working with Operational Areas to gather requirements, design and implement solutions in our Originations, Servicing and Accounting systems. Designing, documenting and improving business processes is an important facet of the position. The role is responsible for leading business process changes, identifying and tracking deliverables, testing and documenting necessary changes. The position will also engage with Compliance, IT, and Operational units for tracking and delivering audit-related activities. . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Financial Services and system implementation with an in-depth knowledge of Shaw Loan Servicing System. Knowledge of the business processes is critical with the ability to act independently, while communicating with all levels of the business in written and verbal form. .   . Key Responsibilities.  . Gather requirements for key projects, identify deliverables, monitor and track projects. . Manage and work with key vendors for project delivery, testing, and implementation. . Provide insights into business related systems including but not limited to Shaw Systems. . Develop and maintain business processes, operational reviews, and compliance processes. . Support the rollout of new features and enhancements with appropriate testing and documentation. . Collaborate with business, analytics, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. . Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. . Participate in planning, technical design reviews, and project discussions to ensure efficient delivery. . Gather, provide and track deliverables for internal and external audits and reviews. .   . Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise.  . 10+ years in Financial Services or related industries . 5+ years leading cross-functional project management initiatives . 5+ years of hands-on experience with Shaw Systems . 5+ years working with APIs and system integrations (REST/JSON) . In-depth understanding of loan servicing and accounting processes . Skilled in translating business rules into scalable, secure system architectures . Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex system behaviors . Clear and concise communicator across technical and non-technical audiences . Proven ability to work effectively with product owners, QA teams, and business users . Comfortable pivoting as business priorities and strategies evolve .  . Location.  . While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. For this role our salary range is $130,000 to $140,000, depending on relevant experience.
