About the Role. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise team. You'll build the features that serve our largest customers—from multi-location management to role-based access control to advanced admin tools. This is a new team focused on making Hatch enterprise-ready.. What You'll Do. Build multi-tenant and multi-location management features. Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript. Create admin consoles and permission management interfaces. Build backend APIs for enterprise functionality. Implement SSO, RBAC, and security features. Design intuitive UX for complex enterprise workflows. Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. What We're Looking For. 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience. Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript. Experience with backend development (Go, Python, or Node.js). Understanding of enterprise security patterns (RBAC, SSO). Experience with PostgreSQL and multi-tenant architectures. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have. Experience building enterprise features at a B2B SaaS company. Background with SAML, OIDC, or identity providers. Familiarity with audit logging and compliance requirements. Experience with organization hierarchy and permission systems. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience. . Based on the anticipated level of experience we are seeking, we expect the compensation range for this role to be between $112,000 and $269,000. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits..
