Strong communicator who can guide customers through complex onboarding and migrations. 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles . Highly proficient in simple data analysis for cleanup and transfer. Exceptionally organized with a knack for keeping multiple projects on track. Process-driven and detail-oriented — you know what needs to happen and make sure it happens on time. Able to quickly jump in to thorny issues, diagnose them, and pull in the right resources to resolve it. What you will do. Onboard new and migrating customers, transferring their data into Central. Review data for accuracy. Coordinate with teammates to complete migrations quickly and smoothly. Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure no steps are missed.
