Define and execute engineering roadmap for a core product area. Lead multiple cross-functional squads (Engineering, QA, DevOps). Own release cadence and delivery pipelines. Improve architecture, performance and reliability. Drive OKRs and team growth. Collaborate closely with Product and Security teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong ownership and long-term strategic influence.. 🛠 Tech Environment (High-Level). High-performance backend systems. Proxy / gateway architecture.
