Alongside the Account Executive, you will co-design the regional strategy through alignment on strategic goals, driving pedagogical transformation and boosting word of mouth for FeedbackFruits.. Our partners are key to our business and our growth. In your role, you are the bridge between our external and internal stakeholders. The Partner team directly impacts our business growth, as the team’s success enables the business to scale and our product proposition to advance. You will ensure our churn is minimized, our partners speak highly about our product and services and you drive our communities of practice to establish our brand name in the industry.. 🎯 About the job:. Renewal and Upsell Identification Strategy:. (40% of your time). Design and execute strategies for partner contract renewals, leveraging creative thinking and negotiation skills to secure ARR revenue and long-term commitment.. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by deeply understanding our partners' needs, and working closely with Account Executives to bring the opportunity through to conversion.. Adoption Growth and Pedagogy Consultation:. (25% of your time). Drive increased adoption of our tools among partners by providing expert consultation on the latest pedagogy trends, innovations and digital transformation strategies.. Collaborate closely with partners to tailor solutions that align with their educational objectives and organizational goals.. Strategic Relationship Building:. (20% of your time). Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 (including bonus) per year, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors. FeedbackFruits may offer additional compensation based on individual and company performance, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.. You have:. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, etc.).. Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech industry.. Excellent business English skills, both written and verbal. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.. Problem-solving ability and a partner-centric mindset..
