We’ve invested in a powerful stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Metadata, LeanData) and now we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to take it to the next level.. This is a rare opportunity to be both strategist and builder: designing the frameworks that fuel growth, while also rolling up your sleeves to connect systems, automate workflows, and unlock signals that drive revenue. If you’re a systems thinker who loves building scalable marketing infrastructure, this role is for you.. What’ll you do. Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo, as well as other integrated tools — and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption. Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across marketing and sales. Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems, from lead capture to routing, scoring, and nurturing. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, and lead generation initiatives. Oversee data integrity, segmentation, and compliance within marketing systems. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI. What you have. 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Experience leading or managing contractors, vendors, or small teams are nice to have.. Deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, and experience with leveraging GTM AI and automation tools to streamline workflows across the sales and marketing tech stack, strong familiarity with Metadata, LeanData, and Gong.. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building attribution, routing, and lead scoring models.. A true systems thinker with the ability to translate GTM needs into architecture and implementation.. Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments..
