Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience. Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, from data preprocessing to model evaluation. Experience working on applied AI use cases (e.g., recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk scoring, NLP, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with regional teams. Based in Indonesia with Remote working set up . Nice to Have. Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS). Familiarity with responsible AI practices (fairness, interpretability, model governance).
