We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members.. Key Responsibilities. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach. Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification. Experience working with US or UK-based companies. Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions. Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
