At KOHO, our Data Analysts are key contributors who transform customer lifecycle data into actionable insights that drive marketing success. We're seeking a motivated analyst who combines strong technical skills with growing marketing expertise to join our data team. In this role, you'll own the lifecycle and marketing analytics domain, working closely with lifecycle managers to build dashboards, analyze campaigns, and measure program effectiveness. The ideal candidate is technically skilled and eager to deepen their marketing analytics expertise, comfortable writing efficient SQL queries and presenting clear insights to stakeholders.. What You'll Do. Own the lifecycle and marketing analytics domain: handle both reactive tasks and proactively prioritize work in collaboration with your manager, building pipelines and dashboards for campaign analysis and customer lifecycle tracking. Own data models in DBT with performance in mind, implementing performance recommendations from team members and using advanced DBT features with guidance for lifecycle analytics. Produce polished dashboards with well-organized flow of information that tell clear stories about campaign performance and customer lifecycle metrics. Analyze lifecycle campaign performance, support audience creation initiatives, and contribute to program measurement using global control groups. Handle both reactive analysis requests and proactively suggest areas to focus on based on campaign performance and customer behavior patterns. Ensure new dashboards and analyses are always shared in relevant Slack channels, highlighting key insights about lifecycle campaigns and customer trends. Work autonomously once projects are scoped, receiving guidance at the start but delivering results independently. Effectively influence the data team by contributing to technical decisions, improving processes, and driving adoption of best practices. Who You Are. You have 3-4 years of experience in data roles. You consistently write high-quality SQL with readability and efficiency in mind, accounting for edge cases and ensuring accuracy in outputs. You own data models in DBT and implement them with performance considerations, capable of using advanced DBT features with guidance. You manage Git branches independently, resolve merge conflicts with minimal support, and provide constructive feedback in PR reviews. You have a deeper understanding of business strategy and independently navigate business context, applying insights to your work. You actively participate in meetings, clearly communicating findings and updates to stakeholders. You understand general marketing concepts and are eager to develop expertise in lifecycle analytics. A bonus if you have experience or an interest in any of the following!. Previous experience with marketing analytics or customer lifecycle analysis. Familiarity with Braze or similar lifecycle marketing platforms. Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, or control group methodology. Experience with customer segmentation or audience analysis. Financial industry experience. Interest in marketing attribution, retention analysis, or customer journey mapping. What's In It For You?.
