What we are looking for:. 8+ years of experience. in privacy engineering, security engineering, or a related technical field, including . 2+ years in a leadership or management role. .. Strong understanding of . privacy-by-design principles. , data protection engineering, and how to operationalize regulatory frameworks like . GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA. , and emerging global laws.. Experience implementing or leading efforts around . data minimization, differential privacy, data subject rights, and secure data architecture. .. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with . product, legal, compliance, and security teams. to align privacy needs with product delivery.. Familiarity with . privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). and modern engineering patterns for consent, data flows, and access controls.. Strong technical fluency — while this is not a hands-on coding role, you should be comfortable reading code, leading architecture discussions, and working alongside engineers.. Bonus points if you have: . Experience building or advising on . AI/ML privacy practices. , including model governance, training data management, or privacy risk mitigation in LLM pipelines..
