We’re going after all of it.. About the Role. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and ship core product features that deliver measurable reliability and speed in clinical workflows. You will work across services, data, and UI to improve high-churn paths, reduce latency, and introduce automation β€” while modeling strong engineering rituals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to ship quickly, improve stability, and take ownership of end-to-end product experiences.. Key Responsibilities. Build and ship new features across Python/TypeScript services, APIs, and UI.. Improve stability in high-churn pipelines (transcription, JSON note generation, EHR writebacks).. Reduce latency and regressions in clinical workloads through profiling, caching, and schema improvements.. Contribute to team-wide engineering rituals: observability, CI/CD, weekly β€œplan β†’ ship β†’ measure.”. Debug production issues and ensure fast recovery through tracing, alerts, and error budgets.. Hard Requirements. Hands-on experience shipping production services with CI/CD and reliability practices.. Strong Python and TypeScript skills; comfortable building across stack layers.. Demonstrated track record of reducing latency, error rates, or lead time for changes.. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.. Nice-to-Have. Experience with healthcare integrations (FHIR, HL7, EHR systems).. Familiarity with observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, metrics pipelines).. Background in performance optimization at scale.. First-Month Focus. Ship at least one user-facing improvement across core services or UI.. Implement tracing/alerts to stabilize a flaky pipeline and reduce failure rates..
