Key Responsibilities. Product Operations & Delivery. Support and drive product workflows: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination. Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales. Translate customer feedback, market insights, and business goals into clear product requirements. Contribute to shaping and executing the product roadmap. Quality Assurance & Testing. Design and maintain test plans and test scenarios for new features. Perform hands-on manual testing for each release. Collaborate with engineers on E2E testing strategy. Contribute to building and improving automated testing coverage. Advocate for high product quality and continuous QA improvements. Documentation & Communication. Maintain internal and external product documentation. Contribute to knowledge bases and help center content. Prepare product updates and internal communications (e.g., product newsletters). Research and apply best practices in product management and QA. Your Profile. 2+ years of experience in . Product Management, QA, or hybrid roles. in SaaS or software environments. Strong understanding of . Agile processes. (sprints, backlog, releases). Experience with . manual testing and E2E testing principles. Hands-on mindset — comfortable working with tickets, testing, and execution. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented. Good understanding of . UI/UX and product quality standards. Fluent English (German is a plus). Nice to have:.
