Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A scenarios. Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience. Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member. Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A content. A senior-level M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, corporate development leader, or similar. Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
