As an Inbound SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects who are actively exploring QA Wolf. Your mission is to quickly engage these leads, qualify their fit, and secure meetings with our Account Executives. You’ll play a crucial role in accelerating our revenue growth by ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.. You’ll also play a strategic role in identifying areas where our inbound process can improve, and you’ll proactively test and iterate to optimize how we engage prospects.. ✅ What You'll Do:. Lead Engagement: . Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads—responding promptly across channels like demo requests, chat, forms, and events to drive timely engagement and qualification.. Discovery & Prioritization: . Run structured discovery conversations to assess fit, uncover testing needs, and prioritize leads using firmographic and behavioral data from tools like Clearbit and Chili Piper.. Meeting Booking & Handoff: . Book qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives through well-documented context in Salesforce, while collaborating to improve qualification alignment and conversion outcomes.. Performance Ownership: . Own your performance across engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution—tracking trends, sharing insights, and proactively refining your outreach strategy.. CRM Management: . Maintain up-to-date, accurate CRM records to support visibility, forecasting, and seamless team execution.. Experimentation & Optimization: . Identify gaps in workflows, lead routing, or messaging—and lead small experiments to test improvements across outreach channels.. Marketing Collaboration: . Partner with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, persona fit, and campaign effectiveness, contributing to ongoing GTM optimization.. Tool & Process Execution: . Leverage our full GTM toolset—including Salesforce, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Slack, and Clearbit—to operate efficiently and effectively.. 🧠 What We’re Looking For:. 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales development role (bonus for SaaS or technical products).. Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and confident both in writing and over the phone/Zoom.. Fast and efficient—you thrive in a high-velocity, high-ownership environment.. Curious and coachable—you’re eager to learn about the product and iterate on what works.. Comfortable using modern GTM tools like HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce, and Chili Piper.. You have a process-oriented mindset and love spotting opportunities to make things work better. You’re comfortable designing small experiments, analyzing results, and scaling what works.. 💸 Compensation & Benefits. Base Salary Range:. $60,000 USD. On target Earning: . $90,000 USD.
