We’re looking to hire a strategic and creative content specialist to support top-of-funnel growth. This role will focus on producing high-quality, insight-led content that resonates with CMOs and brand leaders at global companies, helping position Kyra as a leading voice in influencer marketing, brand building, and digital culture.. This is a 3-month fixed term contract with the potential to convert into a full-time role, working directly with the Marketing Manager to turn strategic insights and existing assets into content that builds brand awareness and authority.. 🎯 Core Responsibilities. Write sharp, insight-led content (articles, social posts, newsletters, thought leadership) for a senior brand/CMO audience. Repurpose internal materials (decks, case studies, webinars, strategy docs) into editorial and social content. Lead ideation and execution of short-form video content (LinkedIn-first POV content). Maintain a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all platforms. Identify content opportunities where our competitors aren’t showing up, including emerging trends, under-discussed topics, or fresh takes, to help position Kyra as a distinctive voice in influencer marketing. Shape and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment with overall marketing strategy. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile. 2–4 years in B2B content or brand marketing (agency, SaaS, or brand-side specifically targeting senior decision-makers). Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and digital culture. Proven ability to write clearly and confidently - content should be insightful, bold, and never fluffy. Exceptional writing skills, with relevant portfolio examples. Strong grasp of social-first content, with experience driving engagement and managing LinkedIn. Bonus Criteria.
