
Founding Technical Recruiter (remote) at Probook. Remote Location: Manhattan. We’re looking for a cracked technical recruiter to work 100% remote and help us scale the most talent dense EPD org in NYC. You’ll work directly with the founders, own critical searches end-to-end, and learn what it takes to scale a company from zero to one.. The right person is genuinely passionate about recruiting as a craft - you know the tech scene well, understand where the best talent is and how to get them into pipeline, and have experience going 0 - 1 . Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.. Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.. Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities.. Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people.. Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.. What We’re Looking For (Hard Requirements). 4+ years of technical recruiter experience with direct startup experience sourcing/recruiting.. Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.. Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.. Why Join Us?.
