What will set you up for success in this role?. Fluency in English.. 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with a track record of leading successful design projects from inception to execution.. Expertise in traditional design tools such as Figma and integration of AI-first workflows using Claude, Gemini, Stitch or any other AI agents that will help scale design impact.. Strategic thinking—with the ability to drive product vision and design strategy autonomously and impact-driven decision-making.. Strong experience in hypothesis generation, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.. Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, research, engineering, and data analysis to deliver business and user value.. Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics to align design efforts with broader company goals.. Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design principles, with the ability to scale design practices across teams.. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization..
