Responsibilities. Act as the first point of contact for incoming creator leads (website, social media, messaging apps, ads). Communicate with creators via text, voice messages, and video calls. Qualify, onboard, and close creators into cooperation. Build trust-based, long-term relationships. Guide creators through onboarding and first operational steps. Coordinate with internal content and management teams. Monitor cooperation quality during the first 30+ days. Maintain a clean pipeline and basic performance reporting. Escalate issues and communicate directly with the founder when needed. Performance Expectations. Target onboarding volume: . 12 creators per month. Experience with remote tools (Notion, Airtable, Telegram, WhatsApp). Nice to Have. Experience in the creator economy or subscription-based platforms. Sales, closing, or account management background.
