Handle inbound calls from leads, discussing upcoming roofing and construction projects, answering inquiries, and gathering key information.. Provide initial information about services, pricing, and timelines, ensuring that clients understand how the company can meet their needs.. Gather important customer details, such as project scope, location, and specific requirements, to pass along to the sales or project management team.. Market Research & Lead Preparation. Conduct market research on leads prior to calls, including looking up addresses on Google Earth to gather relevant details about the property and tailor the conversation.. Use the information gathered during market research to make touchpoints feel personalized and relevant, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.. Customer Information Collection. Collect customer data, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded and passed to the appropriate team members for follow-up.. Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and readiness to move forward with a project, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed along for further engagement.. Follow-Up & Persistence. Maintain a proactive approach to follow-up calls, ensuring leads are nurtured and not overlooked..
