Assist with . benefits enrollment questions. and onboarding-related inquiries. Support People Ops projects tied to hiring, compliance, and process improvement. Who You Are. 1–4 years of experience in . Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops. Exceptionally . organized and detail-oriented. — you notice what others miss. Strong written and verbal communicator who’s comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders. Familiar with . ATS tools. (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) and eager to learn new systems. Able to manage competing priorities without losing momentum.
