
Senior Manager, Growth at Crete Professionals Alliance. Remote Location: Remote. Position Overview. Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking a collaborative, relationship-focused Growth Operations Director to join our newly established Team Grow. This role is critical to supporting the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in driving growth initiatives for all firms as part of the “Grow” phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding process.. The Growth Operations Director will act as the primary connector between RVPs, firm leadership, and Crete departmental leads, ensuring everyone has the information, tools, and communication materials needed to execute growth initiatives smoothly and consistently.. This individual will develop practical resources, track progress, manage communications, and help maintain strong relationships across a complex and dynamic environment. The Growth Operations Director will manage the Growth Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping growth projects organized and visible—without directly owning execution of SME-led initiatives.. Key Responsibilities. Growth Initiative Support. · Develop and maintain repeatable tools (e.g., checklists, surveys, templates) to help RVPs facilitate growth conversations with firm Managing Partners. · Prepare materials and talking points for RVPs to use in firm meetings and growth discussions. · Gather and compile data from various departments to support Regional VP decision-making. Communication & Coordination. · Act as a communication bridge between RVPs, firm leaders, and internal SME teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, IT, Global Service Delivery, Organic Growth). · Draft clear, professional communication materials for sharing updates, plans, and progress related to growth initiatives. · Support executive leadership during integration events such as Town Halls and InteGREAT sessions through event coordination, preparation of slides, talking points, and follow-up documentation. · Handle sensitive communications with high discretion, particularly regarding confidential firms’ financial or client information. Progress Tracking & Reporting. · Collect updates on growth initiatives from SMEs and RVPs. · Partner with FP&A to consolidate information into regular reports for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and leadership updates. · Help maintain visibility into the status of growth activities across firms. Relationship Management. · Build strong relationships with RVPs, firm Managing Partners, and departmental SMEs. · Help manage differing personalities and perspectives to keep communication smooth and collaborative. · Serve as a consistent point of contact for questions related to growth initiative processes or progress. Team Leadership. · Manage, coach, and develop the Growth Operations Coordinator. · Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely support for RVPs and leadership needs. Required Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. · 6–10 years of experience in:. o Professional services, consulting, or related industries. o Business operations, client service, or integration support roles. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Comfortable working with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups. · High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate different personalities. · Experience preparing professional communication materials and presentations. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools. Preferred Skills. · Experience supporting integration activities in M&A contexts. · Familiarity with accounting firm operations or professional services business models. · Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments. · Ability to simplify complex information into practical tools and clear communications.
