Visual Designer at Clera. Remote Location: Vienna. About the Role. This is a fully remote, full-time Visual Designer role sitting within the Design team of a fast-moving fintech startup. You will own the visual language across sales, web, content, and social, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling assets that shape market perception and help close enterprise deals.. What You'll Do. Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates that support enterprise sales motions.. Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and templates that amplify brand messaging.. Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for the website and landing pages.. Create icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.. Translate complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.. Own and continuously evolve the visual language across everything the team ships.. What We're Looking For. 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a visual designer producing marketing collateral, web graphics, or design assets.. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.. Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design work.. Proven ability to design and ship visual assets at speed within established brand guidelines, without requiring brand overhauls.. Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, and infographics that communicate complex information clearly.. Experience designing marketing and sales materials including decks, one-pagers, and landing pages.. Experience creating social media graphics and visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn.. Active, hands-on curiosity about AI design tools, with experience integrating them into your workflow.. Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus..
