We are a financing platform built for home improvement contractors and tradespeople (roofers, window companies, HVAC, etc.), helping them present financing options to close more jobs at higher ticket sizes. We're at zero on paid marketing right now and need someone who can build it from the ground up. This is an execution-first role. We have strategy leadership in place. What we need is someone who can get campaigns live fast, own the creative end-to-end, and show measurable results within 90 days.. What You'll Own. Paid Media (Primary Focus). Build and launch Meta and Google Ads campaigns from scratch. Own campaign structure, targeting, budget, and optimization. Manage ROAS, CPL, and CAC on an ongoing basis. Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.  . Creative. Design ad images and graphics (no agency, no handoff, you make it). Write all ad copy and landing page copy. Build and iterate on landing pages. Develop retargeting creatives and sequences. Funnel and Reporting. Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards from day one. Report weekly on performance with a clear view of what's working and what's not. Improve lead-to-demo conversion rates over time. What Success Looks Like. 30 days: Campaigns are live. Ad accounts are structured properly. Tracking is in place.. 90 days: We have real data, measurable CPL and ROAS, and a clear optimization roadmap.. What You'll Need. 5+ years in performance marketing or growth, with hands-on execution (not just management). Strong paid media background on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Full creative ownership: you can design the ad AND write the copy. Experience in marketing to small business owners or tradespeople is a strong plus. Working knowledge of SEO: on-page basics, keyword thinking, and content structure. Not an expert, but knows enough to make smart decisions. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is helpful but not required (we have a team for that). Opinionated about strategy and not afraid to push back. We want someone who will challenge our thinking, not just execute orders. Comfortable working directly with a founder, moving fast, and figuring things out without a big support system. Advanced English required. What We're NOT Looking For. Someone who delegates creativity to a design team. A strategist who needs someone else to execute.
