What you’ll be doing:. Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and calendars. Communicating with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Managing and maintaining data across our ATS and internal systems. Supporting the delivery team with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks. Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve coordination processes. What makes you a great fit?. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, minimum C1 is essential. You have around 6 to 12 months of experience in coordination, recruiting ops, or admin. You’re insanely organized, fast-moving, and solution-oriented. You’re confident working with tools like Google Calendar, ATSs, and spreadsheets. You’re proactive, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting others behind the scenes. Why Join Us?.
