What You'll be Doing:. Lead the month-end close . process for the region, delivering accurate and timely financial results while continuously improving efficiency.. Oversee and review . journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions to ensure completeness and compliance.. Own and manage regional financial documentation. to support internal controls, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements.. Support the growth of our Australian operations. by helping establish scalable financial processes that align with local regulations and global standards.. Collaborate closely with FP&A and cross-functional teams . to align on reporting needs, support business planning, and drive operational insights.. What You Bring to the Table. Strong technical knowledge of . accounting standards (AASB/IFRS). and internal controls.. Proven ability to lead . efficient close cycles . and continuously improve financial processes..
