As a Junior Research Associate, you will be the “tip of the spear”, developing a robust pipeline of subject matter experts who are able to drive fresh industry insights to power our research. You will be responsible for acquiring industry experts and owning the full search process, which includes identifying in-demand knowledge leaders, conducting outreach, connecting with targeted experts, pitching our value proposition, and adding to our existing bench of specialized experts.. Reach out and recruit industry experts to develop an ongoing pipeline of fresh market insights across multiple practice areas. Screen and vet subject matter experts via telephone for participation in current client-facing research engagements. Collaborate with internal engagement teams to scope expert insight requirements. Build, manage, and own relationships with hundreds of subject matter experts that you onboard into our network over time. ABOUT YOU.
