As a Data Entry Analyst at Stepful, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the data that powers our student experience and operational decisions. This role supports teams across Admissions, Student Success, Clinical Operations, and Employer Partnerships by ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality, error-free data within defined SLAs, identifying opportunities to improve data workflows, and proactively flagging inconsistencies before they impact students or business outcomes. This is a . fully remote. position.. Expected hours: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.. What you’ll do. :. Accurately enter and update student, employer, and program data across internal systems (CRM, LMS, spreadsheets, internal dashboards).. Audit records for completeness and accuracy, correcting discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary.. Maintain documentation standards to ensure data consistency across platforms.. Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure high data accuracy rates (98–100% target).. What you’ll bring. :. 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data operations, or administrative support roles.. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, data validation, basic formulas).. Experience working within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).. High attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data accuracy.. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment..
