Own. the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This is across GTM/Ops/EPD and any other roles. Collaborate . closely with executives and department heads to forecast headcount needs, design strategic workforce plans, and align hiring priorities with overall company objectives.. Min. 5 years of Recruiting Experience: Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting, demonstrating the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle effectively.
