This role is instrumental in coordinating provider operations, case assignments, supporting credentialing and compliance tracking, and aligning provider resources with service demand. As Telemedica expands its clinical offerings, this position will be essential in scaling provider capacity and ensuring network quality and management.. What you will do (Immediate):. Maintain updated provider schedules, licensing, specialties, and availability in internal systems. Assign and route case assignments to appropriate providers based on availability and clinical match. Track provider performance, case load, and completion timelines. Support initial and ongoing provider onboarding logistics. What you will do (Long-Term):. Partner with QA and Healthcare Coordinators to optimize provider utilization. Track provider-specific performance trends, including KPIs, productivity metrics, quality scores, and utilization patterns. Establish workflows and manager provider licensure and credentialing, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and payer requirement. Identify opportunities to expand or diversify the provider network. Create tools, dashboards, or documentation to improve internal network visibility. Required Qualifications:. 3+ years in provider operations, clinical scheduling, or healthcare staffing. Experience in a medical, telehealth, or care delivery setting. Strong understanding of the VA disability claims process and its clinical documentation requirements. Demonstrated healthcare acumen and deep understanding of medical terminology. Demonstrated experience manage diverse clinical provider workflows. Strong organizational and tracking skills with a systems-based mindset. Expertise of licensing, credentialing, and healthcare compliance standards. Familiarity with CRM/EHR platforms and provider-facing operations. Preferred Qualifications:.
